Melanie Daniels (Tippi Hedren) meets Mitch Brenner (Rod Taylor) in a San Francisco pet store and decides to follow him home. She brings with her the gift of two love birds and they strike up a romance. Things take a truly ugly turn when one day hundreds of birds converge on a children's party. One day birds start attacking children at Mitch's sisters party. A huge assault starts on the town by attacking birds. Mitch and Melanie must fight for their lives against a deadly force that cannot be explained or stopped in this film that makes you want to “hold onto something and watch!” (Leonard Maltin’s Classic Movie Guide)

Psycho

Part two of our Hitchcock Double-feature of terror! The “mother of all” horrors film, directed and produced by Alfred Hitchcock, and written by Joseph Stefano. Psycho centers on an encounter between a secretary, Marion Crane (Janey Leigh), who ends up at a secluded motel after stealing money from her employer, and the motel's disturbed owner-manager, Norman Bates (Anthony Perkins), and its aftermath.
