The Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse Internship Program is a hands-on, pre-professional training experience for high school juniors, seniors, and college students interested in theatre, production, performance, education, and arts administration.
Interns will work alongside theatre professionals in a fast-paced community theatre environment while contributing to real productions, building practical skills, and gaining meaningful experience for future academic, artistic, or professional opportunities.
Internships may include 10–30 hours per week, a monthly stipend, volunteer hours, production credits, professional references, and portfolio-ready experience.
Weekly Commitment
10–30 hours per week, including rehearsals, performances, office hours, and evening/weekend shifts as needed.
Eligibility
Applicants must be age 16 or older, a high school junior/senior or currently enrolled college student, interested in theatre or arts administration, and able to commit to assigned responsibilities.
