Thank you for your interest in auditioning at The Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse. Whether auditioning in person or virtually, we value the time and effort you spend in creating and performing your audition. To make the most of your virtual submission, we have provided some guidelines to help you create the best tape possible.
Your video should adhere to the following guidelines:
- Find a quiet and well lit area indoors to film.
- The duration of your vocal audition should not exceed 16 bars or maximum ONE MINUTE in length.
- The video should be shot in landscape orientation (wider not taller).
- Make sure to project and enunciate so that we can clearly hear and understand what you're saying.
- Be You! Introduce and share a fun fact about yourself so that we get to see your personality shine!
- If you elect to upload and share your video to Dropbox or Google Drive, ensure that your video is set to public viewing.
